 Grief & Loss Group Therapy

In our grief group, you'll find a community of individuals who are willing to listen without judgment and offer support and encouragement as you grieve. Through facilitated discussions, group activities, and shared experiences, you'll have the opportunity to explore your emotions, learn coping strategies, and gain insight into the grieving process. Whether you're newly bereaved or further along in your grieving journey, you're welcome to join us as we come together to honor our losses, remember our loved ones, and find hope and healing in community.

"Grief is like the ocean; it comes on waves ebbing and flowing. Sometimes the water is calm, and sometimes it is overwhelming. All we can do is learn to swim.” - Vicki Harrison

God & Therapy

You can love God and go to therapy too.

Have you even been told to just pray about it? or that mental health issues are demonic?  Therapy is not a rejection or replacement of God's power. Through therapy, you can embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth that integrates spirituality as a valuable resource for your overall well-being. This process can contribute to a sense of empowerment, resilience, and inner peace.
